LeadCoach™ Coaching Skills Training
LeadCoach™ presents a cost effective approach to developing coaching skills for executives, managers, project managers, marketing and sales personnel or just about anyone in your company who needs to support and help others clarify and take action. We have trained corporate office and regional executives in coaching skills at a level that meets their requirements. This is not about training executives and other leaders to be professional coaches. It is about supporting them in incorporating these skills in their roles to improve performance and effectiveness.

Increasingly, companies are recognizing that developing their people and feeding the leadership pipeline are essential activities for their continued success. LeadCoach™ has the program that addresses this need for your company.
We offer one and two-day in person workshops on basic coaching skills for business leaders.
We offer programs that meet once a week for an hour and a half for eight weeks.
Our most powerful program is 6 months and is sometimes supplemented with in person start-up sessions and closing sessions.
Generally, training is on the telephone and makes it possible for virtual groups to meet and participate in training. Each session on the telephone is one and a half hours. Half the session is spent on concepts and methods in coaching for leaders. In the second have of the session participants practice coaching, are coached, and observe others coaching. They receive feedback from professional coaches who facilitate subgroup sessions. LeadCoach™ provides professionally trained facilitators for breakout groups of three to four participants for this purpose. In addition, each participant receives weekly coaching from a LeadCoach™ professional.
The basic program is eight weekly sessions that may include addressing the coach role and how it fits with other leader roles, as well as key skills for leader coaches.
The full six-month program includes training and six months of coaching by a professional, certified business coach for each participant.
