Spiral Dynamics integral Praxis:
Applying Assessment Tools to Self, Others & Organizations

The purpose of this workshop is to give participants who are familiar with the Spiral Dynamics integral framework, practice in using and applying the assessment tools. They will have an opportunity to apply the tools to individuals, teams and one or more organizations, using a case study.
Participants will have an opportunity to engage with real change using their own data from two different time frames; review Graves’ States of Emergence, and Practise interpretation and proposed interventions in Teams.
