I am a professor and Director of the Leadership Program at Franklin College. As part of a sabbatical project, I am collecting information on the qualities of leaders who are admired by young people in different cultures. I am particularly interested in young people between the ages of 17 and 25. The survey that I am using is available on-line at

It takes 10 to 15 minutes to complete.

If you have the opportunity to share this survey with your students or friends, I would very much appreciate it. I hope to complete the data collection by mid-November. I should also note that the Institutional Research Board at Franklin College has approved the survey and the project.
